We provide instant account activation for our shared and reseller web hosting plans. VPS servers are activated within 2 hours. Dedicated servers are activated within 2 working days if we have the requested hardware in stock. If you require a custom setup we may need more time to deliver it from our vendor.
Account Setup & Email
We will setup your account after we have received payment and we and/or our payment partner(s) have screened the order(s) incase of fraud. It is Your responsibility to provide us with an email address which is not @ the domain(s) you are signing up under. If there is ever an abuse issue or we need to contact you the primary email address on file will be used to do so. It is Your responsibility to ensure the email address on file is current or up to date at all times. The individual or entity set out in our records as the primary billing contact shall be the owner of the account.
You agree to pay for the Services on time and in advance for the billing cycle Services are provided for. Invoices are generated 10 days before the renew date of the Services. SKP Host provides 4 days grace period after the renew date. If the invoice is not paid within the 4 days grace period SKP Host will temporary suspend services until the invoice is paid in full. SKP Host will terminate Services not paid in full 15 days after the Services have been suspended. Invoices that have been paid more than once because of multiple PayPal subscriptions or multiple manual payments, cannot be refunded. They overpaid amount will be added as credit to your account which can be used to pay for future invoices. If your payment is refunded due to a chargeback you will need to pay the refunded amount plus a one time Rs 500.00 chargeback fee. SKP Host accepts payments via credit cards, Debit Card, Net Banking With Our Payment Geteway Or PayPal. Payments from unverified PayPal accounts are not accepted.
Money Back guarantee
The money back guarantee is applicable for new clients only. New orders from existing clients do not qualify for our money back guarantee program. You can request a refund if you place a cancellation request within the period of days covered by your service's money back guarantee. Different services have different money back guarantee terms, below you can see if your service is covered by our money back guarantee and under what terms:
No money back guarantee: VPS, Dedicated servers, Cloud servers, Domain registration/renewal or transfer, SSL certificates, software licenses or custom software installs.
If the moneyback guarantee period has expired for your service, you are not eligible for a refund. Violation of the terms of service will waive the refund policy.
Domain Name Registration
We make no representation that the domain name you wish to register is capable of being registered by or for you or that it will be registered in your name. You should therefore not assume registration of your requested domain name(s) until you have been notified that it has or they have been registered. Any action taken by you before such notification is at your risk.
The registration and use of your domain name is subject to the terms and conditions of use applied by the relevant naming authority; you shall ensure that you are aware of those terms and conditions and that you comply with them. You shall have no right to bring any claim against us in respect of refusal to register a domain name. Any administration charge paid by you to us shall be non-refundable notwithstanding refusal by the naming authority to register your desired name.
We shall have no liability in respect of the use by you of any domain name; any dispute between you and any other person must be resolved between the parties concerned in such dispute. If any such dispute arises, we shall be entitled, at our discretion and without giving any reason, to withhold, suspend or cancel the domain name. We shall also be entitled to make representations to the relevant naming authority but will not be obliged to take part in any such dispute.
We shall not release any domain to another provider unless full payment for that domain has been received by us.
Cancellation of Services
You may cancel the Services at any time by logging into the Ticket Desk Support System (for verification) and requesting cancellation of services
The parties expressly recognize that it is impossible to maintain flawless security, therefore the customer is solely responsible for properly securing their hosting service provided by SKPHosT including changing initial passwords and making any security adjustments and patches over time. Customer is solely responsible for any damage caused by such unauthorized access, and Customer indemnifies and holds SKPHosT harmless for any compromise of Customer’s security that resulted from their own actions, the actions of SKPHosT or the actions of any third party.
SKPHosT is not responsible for copyright infringements caused by what the Customer hosted on SKPHosT servers. if any customer will violate the copyright terms the account will be suspended and no refund will be provided.
Any attempt to undermine or cause harm to a server or customer of SKPHosT is strictly prohibited. As our customer you are responsible for all your accounts. Should you violate the Terms of Services outlined within, your account will be cancelled without chance of refund.
By activating your account with SKPHosT, you agree to the above policies, Terms and disclaimer. Upon requesting activation of an account, you are required to accept these policies, guidelines and disclaimer, and a copy of your acceptance is forwarded along with your activation request to be maintained with your account information.
NOTICE: If you sign up for an account and fail to comply with these terms, no refunds will be given. We will, however, advise you by e-mail or phone prior to taking any action to provide you with an opportunity to correct the problem.
Pornographic material is not allowed to be hosted on our hosting services. if any client found to be doing so will be canceled immediately upon discovery and reported to the proper authorities.
SKPHosT agrees that it shall maintain a minimum of 1Gbit/s connections to our servers. However, SKPHosT does not guarantee any response rate or download speed beyond our control, as this is depending on Customer’s and End Users ISP connections. We do NOT guaranty a set internet speed to your server. We do recommend, however, that you take advantage of our “speed and ping” test, prior to placing your order with SKPHosT. Your refund rights will be voided if you use more than 10% of your package’s bandwidth quota. Your service will be suspended if it receives and or sends any DDoS attack. Service activation or termination after the suspension will be in our sole discretion.
SKPHosT may temporarily suspend all service for the purpose of repair, maintenance or improvement of any of its systems, or whatever it deems necessary to maintain adequate services. However, SKPHosT shall provide prior notice within 24 hours for all maintenance. Failure to provide prior notice on our part does fall under our SLA. Invalid rDNS records may be removed in our own discretion.
Backups and Data Loss
Your use of the service is at your sole risk. We are not responsible for files and data residing on your account. You agree to take full responsibility for files and data transferred and to maintain all appropriate backup of files and data stored on our servers. Otherwise If You want to keep your Data safe with us then you have to buy our Backup feature at Additional Extra Cost.
We reserve the right to change prices listed on our partners, and the right to increase the amount of resources given to plans at any time without any notice.
PHP file's uploaded in attempt to steal root access will be logged and may result in a loss of hosting with no refund payment.
Zero Tolerance Spam Policy
We take a zero tolerance stance against sending of unsolicited e-mail, bulk emailing, and spam. “Safe lists”, purchased lists, and selling of lists will be treated as spam. Any user who sends out spam will have their account terminated with notice.
We will not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. We make no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide. We disclaim any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This includes loss of data resulting from delays, no deliveries, wrong delivery, and any and all service interruptions caused by us and our employees.

Payment and Supplier Disclaimer
